Log in to the Housing Portal and sign your 2022–23 contract.

This contract is for the 2022–23 academic year, starting August 2022.
No action is needed to return in the spring 2022 semester, starting January 2022.

Important dates

Nov. 15–17, 2021 | Select your same room. Return to your same room in fall 2022.

Starting Nov. 22, 2021 | Select a different room. Move across the hall or across campus in fall 2022.

Before Feb. 1, 2022 | Returning students may cancel 2022–23 contracts with no penalty.

Feb. 1–May 1, 2022 | Returning students may cancel 2022–23 contracts with a $500 penalty.

May 1–Aug. 1, 2022 | Returning students may cancel 2022–23 contracts with a $1,000 penalty.

Aug. 1–17, 2022 | Returning students may cancel 2022–23 contracts with a $1,500 penalty.

Room selection times will be assigned based on when you sign a contract.

Students who sign their contracts earlier will be assigned earlier room selection times.
Students who sign their contracts later will be assigned later room selection times.
