If you have or notice a problem in the residence halls, your first step is to submit a maintenance request to the appropriate place. We have trained staff who can assist you with a non-emergency request during normal business hours. If you have an emergency such as a water leak or something that cannot wait 24 hours, please call 573-882-8211 or contact your student staff on duty if after business hours.

 

For building maintenance issues such as electrical, lighting or plumbing issues, heating/cooling problems or electronic lock malfunctions:
