Housing at Mizzou

Why do transfer students choose to live on campus? Convenience and community.

When you live in a residence hall within a neighborhood, you are steps away from food, classes, involvement opportunities and our award-winning Rec Complex. Request a learning community to live and study with students who share your academic interests. We also have a community just for sophomores, juniors and seniors.

We offer a variety of room styles including singles, suites and doubles. Every hall has kitchens, lounges and study rooms.

Rates include all utilities, high-speed internet, laundry and cable TV. We’ll even clean your bathroom!

Residential Experience Award

Students transferring from a Missouri community college with a GPA of 3.0 and above are eligible to receive a $3,000 Residential Experience Award ($1,500 per semester).

No separate process or application is necessary to receive this award. Simply apply for admission and complete a housing preference form and contract.

With questions, contact Mizzou Admissions at 573-882-7786.
