Step 3: Complete a preference form

Your housing preference form tells us what you need to thrive at Mizzou, including which neighborhood you want to live in and whether you want a roommate. Submit your form and a $25 processing fee as soon as possible so we can reserve your room. We’ll hold your room until you’re admitted or until Aug. 1, whichever comes first.

Step 4: Submit your housing and dining contract

You can submit a housing contract as soon as you’re been admitted to Mizzou — be sure to do so by Aug. 1. You will be asked to make a $325 pre-payment, which will be applied to your university room and board charges. You can make the pre-payment using your financial aid award, if you have one.

Step 5: View your room assignment

After we have received your housing and dining contract, we will email you about your room assignment, which you will be able to see in the housing portal. If we haven’t received your contract by Aug. 1, we will cancel your reservation.
