Check Laundry Status

Check the status of your hall’s or apartment’s washing machines and dryers by following the process below. But first, download the Speed Queen app to access our inclusive laundry service – included when you live with Mizzou!

Start Your Laundry

    Download the app

    Download the Speed Queen app on iOS or Android.

  2. Checkmark

    Create your account

    Tap “sign up” to create an account using your MU email and password. Tara apartment residents will use the email provided in the Housing Portal with their occupant information.

    Add your location

    Click “Add location” to add your location pin (MIZZOU) and locate your laundry room.

  4. Checkmark

    Connect your TigerCard account

    Connect the laundry app to your TigerCard account to access your laundry services (NOTE: laundry is free, but you still need to click “make a payment” to start your load). To link your TigerCard account to the app, press the “Details” button. You will sign in using your MU email and password.

    View the status

    Monitor and view the status of your laundry load by using the app. You can also view machine availability, see remaining cycle times and receive notifications.
