Resident Advisors (RAs) serve as mentors within MU Housing. These students work closely with MU Housing leadership and connect fellow residents to community and support.
As an RA, you will lead fellow residents by creating a strong sense of belonging, a welcoming community, and a culture of success. In addition, you will help plan activities that drive student engagement on campus.

Academic Year 2026-2027: Closed
Interviews will take place in January 2026 for AY 2026-2027. They will be 30-minute conversations with MU Housing staff. There will be several questions asked and time for you to ask us questions, as well. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview.
